What does Organic really mean?

Our Big Buzz Orchestra Organic honey is thoroughly tested in private laboratory and Bulgarian Food Safety Agency. Each jar of Big Buzz Orchestra Organic honey is free from pesticides, antibiotics and other harmful substances.

Is Big Buzz Orchestra's honey good for cooking?

Yes, our organic honey is suitable for cooking. It can be used in various recipes - for hot and cold dishes. Our honey is a perfect substitute for sugar. Keep in mind that honey reduces its health benefits when it is heated.

What flavors does Big Buzz Orchestra offer?

Our hives offer six unique different flavors: Acacia tree, Amorpha Fructosa, Linden, Rapeseed, Sunflower and Polyfloral. You can try the flavors separately in our Solo boxes, combine two flavors in the Duet box, or try all the six types of honey by purchasing the Symphony Gift Box.

Where is Big Buzz Orchestra Organic honey produced?

Our organic honey is produced on the banks of the Danube river in Bulgaria. The Island of Belene is the largest island on the Balkan peninsula and one of the most preserved natural habitats in Europe.

Is Big Buzz Orchestra a family owned business?

Yes! Big Buzz Orchestra is a family of four passionate bee keepers - Krasimir, Tsvetelina, Miroslav and Borislav believe in the power of honey. We learn a lot from our bees - how to be patient, hardworking, and harmonious. You can find more info for each one of us here.

What does this box contain?

We have three types of boxes:

  1. Solo - It contains a big jar of one of our six flavors: Acacia, Amorpha, Linden, Rapeseed, Sunflower of Polyfloral. The jars in the Solo box are 900 grams each.
  2. Duet - This box allows you to try two different types of honey, placed in two 440 gram jars. We have three different Duet boxes: Linden & Acacia Honey, Polyfloral & Sunflower Honey, and Rapeseed & Amorpha Honey.
  3. Symphony - This gift box contains six 120 gram jars of all of our organic honey flavors. It is perfect for people who do not know their favorite honey flavor or for a gift.
